Each Jewelry creation is hand-made when ordered. Please allow between 3 days to 7 business days on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive. Most orders are ready to ship within 3 days of ordering, but some require additional time in production (personalized jewelry).

You will receive within 24 hours an email containing a return label describing following instructions to ship your piece with insurance to our Miami location.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for unworn jewelry.
Personalized items are eligible for return to store credit only.

Jessica Gueron will repair at no charge any breakage caused by manufacturer defect within 60 days of receipt of purchase. Repairs needed after 60 days to be caused by misuse will incur a repair charge at the customer’s expense.
